Do you provide a warranty?
Yes! If you send us defective device within
2 years from the date of purchase, we will either repair or replace it.
However, this warranty does not cover following cases:
- When damage was done be something clearly beyond any reasonable expectations of durability for the given logger. Real-world examples of such situations: device destroyed by gunshot, device destroyed when animal was electrocuted to death by electric power transmission lines.
- When damage was done due to extreme negligence of the user. So far, we never refused free repair basing on this point, as we always go to great lengths to help our users no matter what. However, we need to have such point in place to prevent potential abuse of these (quite generous and broad in coverage) terms.
